The short version

LIGHT HOPE BioAge is a wellness analytics tool for adults. It is not a medical device, not a clinical decision tool, not a substitute for a physician, and not a service that predicts the lifespan of any individual person. By using it, you accept that the output is a population-cohort statistic, not an individual prognosis.

What you may do

• Complete the audit as many times as you like. There is no rate limit and no metering.
• Save the resulting report (Save as PDF) to your own device, and share that PDF with anyone you choose, including a physician, a coach, or a family member.
• Reference the methodology page (and the eight peer-reviewed papers it anchors) in any non-commercial setting where you discuss biological-age measurement.
• Link to bioage.lighthope.ai from a personal or non-commercial site without seeking permission.
• Apply for the Long tier via [email protected]. Applications are confidential.

What you may not do

You may not represent the BioAge index, the lever ranking, or any other output of this tool as a medical diagnosis or prognosis for yourself or for anyone else. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish the LongProof and LIGHT HOPE marks. You may not embed this tool in a paid commercial product, in an insurance underwriting workflow, in an employment decision pipeline, or in any setting where a regulator would expect a medical device clearance.

Trademarks

LongProof and LIGHT HOPE are trademarks of LIGHT HOPE LLC. LongProof methodology has been in commercial use since 2026-05-18. Common-law trademark rights are reserved globally. Use of either mark requires written permission from LIGHT HOPE LLC for any commercial application.

No warranty

We make no warranty, express or implied, that the BioAge index is correct for you, that the lever ranking is the best for you, that the underlying papers will continue to replicate in future cohorts, or that the methodology will not be updated in a future version of this tool. The tool is provided as is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, where LIGHT HOPE LLC is organised. Any dispute is to be resolved in the state and federal courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts. If you reside in a jurisdiction with a non-waivable consumer-protection statute, that statute may also apply.
