Privacy notice

The short version

Compute, display, discard. LIGHT HOPE BioAge runs the audit entirely in your browser. We do not collect your blood biomarker inputs, your lifestyle answers, your name, your email, or any other personally identifying datum on any server we operate. There is no account. There are no tracking pixels. Closing the browser tab clears the audit; saving the report (Save as PDF) is a local action that does not transit our infrastructure.

What we receive

• When your browser loads a page from this site, Cloudflare (our content-delivery network) sees the request: IP address, user-agent, referrer, timestamp. Cloudflare retains aggregate, anonymised request logs as part of standard CDN operation. We do not export, query, or analyse those logs except to investigate operational anomalies.
• For the invite cohort, the URL path contains a three-digit seat number (e.g. /i/001). Cloudflare sees that path. We have no way, from the path alone, to map it back to the human you are.
• If you choose to email [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected], we receive whatever you write in that email. We process it solely to reply.
• If you save the report as PDF, the file lives on your device. We do not receive it; we do not request it.

What we never store

We never store, on any server we operate, your audit answers, your blood biomarkers, your BioAge result, your tier, your lever ranking, or any input or output of the audit. These exist only in the live JavaScript context of your browser tab.

Cookies and local storage

The audit form uses your browser's local storage to remember the session name you typed at the welcome gate, so that a refresh does not interrupt the flow. The locale switch (English / Chinese) uses a single first-party cookie to remember your choice. We use no third-party cookies, no advertising trackers, and no fingerprinting.

Children

LIGHT HOPE BioAge is intended for adults (18+). The cohort studies that anchor the methodology were not conducted on minors; the audit is not designed for use by minors and should not be used as a wellness tool for them.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is no profile to access, correct, delete, or port. If you have emailed us and would like that email thread deleted, write to [email protected] with the request. Declined invitation applications are deleted from the inbox within thirty days of reply.
