The Long tier — multi-year longitudinal measurement under the same LongProof methodology that anchors our cancer-dynamics research — is by application.

Questionnaire only. Sleep, diet, alcohol, exercise, smoking, body shape. Confidence C. Used to introduce the methodology to a careful adult.

Plus
Wearable integration adds VO2max, sleep stages, step volume. Confidence B in most populations. Quarterly re-measurement included.
By membership
Deep
Nine PhenoAge blood markers (SI units) from a standard panel. Confidence A. Independent of consumer device noise; the most defensible single measurement.

Long
Multi-year longitudinal cadence. The data outlives the year the measurement was taken. Reserved for principals who want the decade of measurement, not the moment. A small number of households per cohort.

Applications are read by a person, not by an automated system. We reply within five working days. A reply is not a guarantee of admission to the cohort; admission is decided per intake window and may be deferred.
All applications are confidential. We do not share, sell, or retain applicant data outside the application thread; declined applications are deleted from the inbox within thirty days of reply. LIGHT HOPE LLC is the data controller; the LongProof methodology is the trademarked common-law evidence framework under which this product operates.
