LIGHT HOPE BioAgepowered by LongProof™

LIGHT HOPE BioAge · invitation-only beta

See your biological age.
Find the three levers that move it.

Powered by LongProof™ methodology · built on the evidence framework from LIGHT HOPE's cancer dynamics research.

You pay five figures a year for physicals, wearables and panels — and nobody hands you a single number. LIGHT HOPE BioAge does. From sleep, diet, alcohol, exercise, smoking, body shape and (optionally) nine PhenoAge blood markers, we compute one composite biological age, rank your top levers by estimated Δyears, and let you move sliders to watch your age respond. Eight peer-reviewed papers. One audit-discipline wall. No supplements for sale.

Five things every careful adult has felt at least once

  • "I spend five figures on physicals every year, but no one gives me a single number for where I actually stand."
  • "I have used seventeen wellness apps. Each one swears it is the most important thing. None of them rank."
  • "23andMe gave me genes. InsideTracker gave me bloods. Whoop gave me sleep. Nobody stitched them into one story."
  • "I am tired of being told I will live ten years longer. I would like to see the paper."
  • "I am too busy to remember to re-check. I want quiet reminders, not push notifications."

We built LIGHT HOPE BioAge for the careful adult on the other end of those sentences.

The everyday levers, not a miracle

Bio-age moves on the ordinary things — what you eat, how you move, sleep and recover. In cohort studies these are the levers with the strongest, best-replicated associations.

Move sleep from 5 hours to 8. Watch your age respond.

The most useful thing this tool does is let you see leverage. Move one slider — sleep, alcohol, exercise — and the estimated biological age recomputes in real time. The lever ranking tells you, today, which two or three changes would move your number the most.

These estimates come from published observational research — population-level statistical associations, not individual lifespan predictions. Reality requires sustained practice and re-testing.

What this is not

  • · Not a supplement seller. We never recommend a product, a dose, or a brand.
  • · Not a lifespan oracle. We never tell you how long you will live.
  • · Not a private dataset. Every claim links to a published paper.
  • · Not a marketing tool. Wall-3 longevity discipline blocks twenty-two forbidden phrases from this page.
